In the mid 1970's we began as a small firm specialized in designing and building houses for our clients. As our cliental grew as well as the demand for housing, we began to expand our services in other types of housing developments such as mid-rise condominiums, town houses and beach homes.

Today we take pride on being one of the biggest and most respectful developing and construction companies of Costa Rica. Our innovated and modern designs has given us clients like executives from Intel, Sony and many officials from the US embassy. The owner and president of the company, Engineer Johnny Bermudez, has a masters in Structural Engineering from Tulane University. He has served as the President of the Association of Structural Engineers of Costa Rica from 1994-1999 and is currently a member of the seismic code of Costa Rica, an association composed by a small group of people which are the ones that work to improve and enforce the code.
